The 32nd Annual Parker County Peach Festival takes place on July 9, 2016, in Historic Downtown Weatherford. The event starts at 8 a.m. and continues until 5 p.m., and it features over 200 arts, crafts, activity and food stations. Shop for unique and often handmade treasures, or you can even get an early start on your holiday shopping list.

peachesThe Peach Pedal Bike Ride offers three race lengths: 61 miles, starting at 7:30 a.m., 39 miles, starting at 7:45 a.m., and 8 miles, starting at 8 a.m. If you’re been cycling and working to achieve your fitness goals, you can cross this one off your list — on vacation!

The event also features children’s activities and a food competition. If you’re a pro at dominoes, enter the “42” Tournament and play all the way to the top! And of course, it wouldn’t be a summer event without live music. The Peach Festival features three stages of live entertainment. Admission is just $5 for adults and free for kids 12 and under.
