The Parker County Peach Festival will take place on Saturday, July 11 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Admission is just $5, and kids 12 and under can attend for free. The Festival is held in Historic Downtown Weatherford, and will feature over 200 arts, crafts, food and activity booths. If you’re feeling competitive, participate in the Peach Festival Food Competition. All entries must incorporate peaches in some way. Do you have what it takes to win?
Dance to live music on three stages, with one dedicated to the kids. Your children will have a blast participating in activities designed just for them. Stay active over the weekend and join the Peach Pedal Bike Ride. The race includes 8-mile, 26-mile, 39-mile and 61-mile courses. Online registration is open until Friday, July 10 at noon, and starts at just $25. Proceeds will help provide scholarships and assistance to students through the Weatherford College Foundation.
