The Fall Arts and Crafts Show at the picturesque River Walk showcases unique handmade merchandise of local artisans and artists. October Abilene Highlights

Campers at Abilene KOA will have many entertainment options to choose from in the coming days. The Suez Shrine Circus will perform on October 6 at the Taylor County Expo Center. Good entertainment for the whole family, the program will include trained bears, as well as amazing acts on the high wire and trapeze.

On the evening of October 11, head over to the historic downtown area for the Art Walk, where you can browse through museums, galleries and shops. The event is free of charge.

Nearby Tuscola will have their 3rd Annual Fall Market and Brunch on October 13. Only a little more than a half hour’s drive away, the event will be worth the trip to be able to browse through the vintage treasures, crafts and antiques, along with lavender gifts, specialty foods and much more.

College football fans can attend a game on October 27 at McMurry University, where the War Hawks will take on Langston University. It will be an exciting part of their homecoming activities.

Fall Events in Kerrville
